1. Service Agreement

By using Fegetutlup's auto service and engine diagnostics, you agree to these terms. Our services are provided as-is to customers in Malaysia.

2. Service Scope

Fegetutlup provides engine diagnostics, maintenance, and automotive repair services. We perform diagnostics and repairs according to industry standards. Results are provided for informational purposes.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed
• We accept cash, card, and bank transfer
• Warranty applies to parts and labour as specified at service completion

4. Liability

Fegetutlup is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service rendered. Customers use our services at their own risk.

5. Data & Privacy

We collect and process personal data in accordance with Malaysian data protection laws. Your information is used for service delivery and communication only. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Warranty

Workmanship is guaranteed for 30 days. Parts carry manufacturer warranties. Claims must be reported within 7 days of service completion.

7. Cancellation

Services in progress cannot be cancelled. Diagnostic fees are non-refundable once testing begins.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes are effective upon posting to our website.
